New liturgical evangeliary in Polish Language

Polish Orthodox Church We are pleased to inform you that a new book has appeared on the market of liturgical books. It is a liturgical evangeliary in Polish language made on the basis of the tehxt of the Holy Bible in translation by Jacob Wujek and worked out by rev. Grzegorz Cebulski from the parish of Saints Cyril & Methody in Wrocław.
This is not a formal text – the author’s aim is to “fill the gap” while waiting for an official text, the one confirmed by the holy synod bishops of Orthodox Church in Poland. On the other hand, it may contribute to arranging many different versions of Polish texts, still used in many parishes. Bishop Miron has received one of the first copies.
Apart from esthetical values and new electronic form this work is also clear. Moreover, it is also easy to use, because it was prepared on the basis of well-known Church Slavonic version called “Bogosłużebnoje Jewangielije”.
