Tblisi, August 28, Interfax - Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II of All Georgia urged believers to pray for bringing Abkhazia and South Ossetia back and ask the Lord to bless Georgians.

"We should ask the Lord every day to bring Abkhazia and Samachablo (Georgian name of South Ossetia - IF) back," he said at a festival Assumption liturgy in Tbilisi patriarchal Sioni cathedral on Thursday.

Together with believers, Ilia II read a prayer for Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Georgia OnlineAccording to the Patriarch, "Georgians are rewarded with good nature, they can't harbor malice in their hearts and thoughts."
